Chrysalis Posted 19 May 2007 Posted 19 May 2007 keeping a team up in the premier by no means gauantuees that the manager will do better in a lower division. Generally a higher division requires better players, so players would usually find it easier going down a division but not necessairly the manager. Now if you were to ask me is it easier to not get relegated in the championship then not getting relegated in the premiership I would say yes. If you then ask me is it easier to get promoted from the championship then to not get relegated in the premiership I would say no.
