I went out earlier for a kickaround in order to boost fitness for next weeks game, and I went over on my ankle after falling unknowingly into a pot-hole. My ankle has currently swollen up quite a bit, and I'm in a fair bit of pain. My participation in next weeks match is now in doubt. I shall definitely show up as the gaffer, but I may not be able to play. Sorry. I feel like someones done my house work for me

A bit of the old ice and rest treatment for tonight, same for tomorrow, rested on Tuesday as well, mixed with strapping on Saturday and I'll hopefully be fine. It's not over yet my friend!

Your being a big girl mate, you've probabley gone over on it and twisted it, you'll be walking by around as normal by Wednesday.
