Manwell Pablo Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Good point!!!! Let's just drink and play at the same time then!!! Also, are there any decent boozers around viccky park?? Yeah Fez knows one, he took me there on a date, we watched Arsenal Chelsea.
The People's Hero Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Good point!!!! Let's just drink and play at the same time then!!! Also, are there any decent boozers around viccky park?? The Old Horse is very close by. Good real ales, nice beer garden, pool table, darts board, tvs. Otherwise there are a few more a bit of a walk away, cheaper too - Varsity, Loaded Dog etc.. by then you're getting in to London Road territory though so as you know, there are LOADS of pubs down there... Marquis etc.

The People's Hero Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 This really has descended in to a chit chat thread. I wonder if I'll get away with not leaving the centre circle all game.

Manwell Pablo Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 How much do I owe ye Manny Pab? You lot owe me nothing Thracians still paying for you.
lcfc_jme Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 You lot owe me nothing Thracians still paying for you. What a nice guy. I guess we're going to have to repay him by playing free-flowing all out attacking football and hammering you lot into the ground. Easy.
lildave3 Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 What a nice guy. I guess we're going to have to repay him by playing free-flowing all out attacking football and hammering you lot into the ground. Easy. I love that man.

Simi Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 What a nice guy. I guess we're going to have to repay him by playing free-flowing all out attacking football and hammering you lot into the ground. Easy. No place in the team for LD3 then.
Sly Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Seriously, do the Over 21s actually have any players that can play football for 90 minutes?
Alexikokopops Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Seriously, do the Over 21s actually have any players that can play football for 90 minutes? Don't be ridiculous. Of course we don't.
Finnegan Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Seriously, do the Over 21s actually have any players that can play football for 90 minutes? Narh. It's all about the short bursts of energy and lazily roaming around waiting for those incisive through balls.
filbertway Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 I suggest the 4 1 2 3 formation, 3 lazy strikers that never come back. 1 midfielders than can run and tackle, to well... tackle and run. Then the 2 cm's one goes forward one goes back, you can't lose.
Manwell Pablo Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Seriously, do the Over 21s actually have any players that can play football for 90 minutes? We have a couple of subs and they're rolling so no one will have to play ninty minutes if they can't. Where do you play BTW?

Dr The Singh Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Seriously, do the Over 21s actually have any players that can play football for 90 minutes? Yes, when were all beer and booze fueled!!!
Lord Nibblington Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 I can easily play 90 minutes. If by play you mean stand around for 89 minutes, and then run and kick someone for 30 seconds. And feign injury for the other 30 seconds.

Dr The Singh Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Hey. Learn to point and you're Andy Johnson. A long haired she-man!!!!
Lord Nibblington Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Hey. Learn to point and you're Andy Johnson. I don't think I could learn to point as ineffectively and uselessly as Andy Johnson. He made it into an art form.
Manwell Pablo Posted 1 June 2007 Posted 1 June 2007 Just a quick run over some of the tactics chaps And one for Fez
