Have just been on the phone to O2 customer services and it took me 3 mins to get through, Easy directions and understandable people on the other end.

Best customer services i have spoke to dead helpful :thumbup:

Belkin are by far the worst, takes ages to get through to, cant understand them crap :@

I recently bought a mattress over the internet but they didn't send the 2 free pillows as stated in the advert. when I ring them I just get an answer phone when I e-mail I get no reply. :@ w@nkers.

PS The company is 'Bedworld' avoid them. :thumbup:

Adrian Flux car insurance always impress me (which takes some doing, to be honest). They do actually seem to know what they're on about. :worship:

diamond cable was ok, when NTL took them over the customer service dept. seemed to've had all but 1 of the staff laid off

No. I don't work in broking.

i'm sure there's some sort of insurance hierarchy that i'm not fully aware of (simalar to me dissing the simpletons who work in plant nurseries). sorry if offence was caused.

No offence caused mate! I admire them in many ways as they have to deal with the public who generally speaking no nothing about insurance so a lot of patience is required. They are also at the sharp end where claims are concerned, taking the brunt of shit from various insureds.

Having said that, generally speaking they are duplicitous, greedy, dishonest types.

I'm an underwriter... :whistle:
