The People's Hero Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 This is starting to sound like my kind of outing. I might bring my woman along to this. Baptism of fire.
Wils Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 This is starting to sound like my kind of outing.I might bring my woman along to this. Baptism of fire. Please do.
The People's Hero Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 Please do. You try anything Wilson, and I'll stand idly by and wish I was bigger than you.
Wils Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 You try anything Wilson, and I'll stand idly by and wish I was bigger than you. Would i.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 By the way Claire left her earrings at mine.
The People's Hero Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 By the way Claire left her earrings at mine. Oh yeah - could I have those back. They're her favourites apparently. She's as bad as me.
Karljohn Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 I hate Palace, used to take me 2 hours to get to Selhurst to watch Leicester play them and Wimbledon.....and I lived in Streatham at the time.
Alexikokopops Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 I'm staying long into the night, the advantage of having a mate who lives near there. Keen.
The People's Hero Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 I'm staying long into the night, the advantage of having a mate who lives near there. Keen. Well, that's my accomodation sorted.
Daggers Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 £32 for a train ticket...no tube ticket...last train home at 9 o'****ingclock. No wonder this country is going to the dogs.
Nath Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 When do the tickets actually go on sale? Plus; The order scheme 1,2,3 and general sale etc....what does it mean, i am a STH etc etc, and ive got tickets on day 2... could i get the on the first day? Or do i need something for that?
Daggers Posted 17 July 2007 Posted 17 July 2007 When do the tickets actually go on sale? More importantly - has Fez bought mine yet? That's the only important question.
The People's Hero Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 More importantly - has Fez bought mine yet? That's the only important question. How are we going to organise/orchestrate this whole ticket buying affair? Last year I seem to recall we bought tickets anywhere and then just stood in the aisle. Not a steward in sight.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 I dunno about the ticket-buying thing. I'm getting 3 so far. Be handy if people who are going to be at Blackpool could give me the money then for the Palace game though.
The People's Hero Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 I think I'll be getting some as my brother is probably going to come as well. There's going to be plenty of us.
James. Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 I've been to Selhurst before but erm didn't quite make it in to the actual ground. I assume it's specific seating and we can't just congregate where we like. I want to sit/stand near you lot. Got any ideas?

I want to sit/stand near you lot. Got any ideas? Last year we all had tickets all over the place and then just all stood in the aisle at the back of the stand. Just get one vaguely near the back and we'll all find each other. There'll be enough of us for it not to be an issue.
Daggers Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 I don't want to go near the back...that's where all the big ugly kids stand and they scare me.
Alexikokopops Posted 18 July 2007 Posted 18 July 2007 I don't want to go near the back...that's where all the big ugly kids stand and they scare me. "Don't worry, I'm here, there's nothing to worry about" "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH"

I want to sit/stand near you lot. Got any ideas? Ive bought no end of tickets away near the front then realised i want to be in the atmosphere, so just stand near the back if somebody says 'thats my seat' just move to the next free one. Isles are great, barnsley isle last year was mental i actually didnt want us to score another goal, it hurt a lot.
