If I can't abuse idiots then there's not much point me being here!

You got the 'ump, matey??

You should just get it off your chest here, followed by some serious sulking, a little drink and then forget it and start again.

That's what I do

Go on, you know you want to.

Now just lie on the couch....

Yeah!

I've got a headache, no money, snowed under at work - no motivation to sort it out and I have nowhere to live from the end of this month!

Now you have to sulk for a bit then drink some alcohol..

Can't help you mate, sorry. No job, no money, need a holiday.

What's up at TPH Manor?

Landlord - rent hike.

Housemate - jobless - looking for new job elsewhere.

Girlfriend - long distance.

She wants to move to M/S - which suits me. Just a pain finding a property as letting agents don't seem to understand that I work during the week. Or rather I'm 'at' work.

Christ, she must like those socks as much as you do.

I always hated Landlords!

Can you not do one of these part rent / part buy things? Or is that still out of financial reach?

I have a mate who owns a flat. No idea what it's like, how much etc, but I am happy to enquire if you like.

Unless of course he is already your landlord..

..in which case, he's not my mate.

If it's in the Maidstone area and currently available, I'd love you to enquire!

Part buy-Part rent is an option for soon-ish but not for within one month.

Looking for either 1 or 2 bed in Maidstone.

Maximum of £700 pcm (and that really is pushing it)

Looking ideally at less (obviously).

Unfurnished suits.

Sort it out and I'll buy you a cake. A really nice one. And a pint. And a pie.

What kind of pie is it?

Only I had an apple pie yesterday and all I could think about throughout was how much I'd prefer some apple crumble.

Funny you should say that, I was arguing the merits of apple crumble over apple pie t'other day. It'll be a big, er... pie, pie. Yknow. One of those like pies. One of them. With meat. And... encrusted manliness.

... wait... that really doesn't sound like I intended...

I was arguing that pies are suitable for savoury - not sweet.

No one agreed.

Meat pie etc - good.

Apple pie - NO! Let's have a crumble.

Or some suet - Jam Roly Poly. Yes effing please.

How about cherry pie? Might just have disproved my own theory here.

:santa:

Oh, and apple crumble and custard is delightful.

Slightly ruined by a STI guy coming into my old school and telling us gonorrhea can also be called custard and crumble disease, but still delightful nonetheless.
