Fookers.A bit like ' Tea or Coffee? Tea or Coffee? Two tea's you blonde bitch ' We had it through a letting agent. They informed the letting agent we were going private, without asking us. Then offered us a year at the current rent. Or 6 months with an increase. I told him where to go - might have been a bit hasty I suppose.
Daggers Posted 30 July 2007 Posted 30 July 2007 What the f'ck is going on? This thread? No signings? Madness afoot! Madness.

Next time you see your land lord\lady, go into denial, deny you said anything!!! Burying your head in the sand can help................................if you like your backside getting tanned!!!

If you want to stay, go see the landlord and become really emotional and cry on his shoulder - no one likes to see a grown man cry. Make up some story about someone in the family being really ill and they were like a father / mother to you when you were young. Apologise and say that when you last spoke he caught you at a moment when you were sad imagining life without the family member. Then start talking about what you want. You should be onto a winner unless they are heartless cnuts!!!
Guest Posted 30 July 2007 Posted 30 July 2007 Do you have a contract or a lease, Jimbo? I'd take a closer look into it, if I were you. Tenants have rights.
Nick Posted 30 July 2007 Posted 30 July 2007 What kind of pie is it?Only I had an apple pie yesterday and all I could think about throughout was how much I'd prefer some apple crumble. Absolutely. The crumble is the way forward, however, often the fruit is laced with too much gello type substance holding the fruit together, ruining the experience completely. I advise to make crumble mixture on its own and chop up an apple, heat it in cinnomen and brown sugar and pour custard over it. I find the crumble phenomenon like cheesecake. The biscuity part is the best bit. Period. I buried my landlord under my garden decking. It doesn't make me a bad person, just one who doesn't pay rent with outside smoking facilities. Kill a man and they call you a murderer. Kill a million and you are a conquerer. Go figure. N.
Finnegan Posted 30 July 2007 Posted 30 July 2007 Why is everyone starting to post a little bit like Thr acian these da ys?
Alexikokopops Posted 30 July 2007 Posted 30 July 2007 Why is everyonestarting to post a little bit like Thr acian these da ys? What's your beef, boyo? So what if we post like this? Just get over it. Abusive haiku, have some of that!!
Nick Posted 30 July 2007 Posted 30 July 2007 Why is everyonestarting to post a little bit like Thr acian these da ys? The truth is that when I post stuff in a regular format, people miss bits. And then I have to point out the fact I mentioned it anyway by requoting the item in bold. Also, I find that people absorb short bits of information and process them quicker. There are other signs we see every day to help these people: 'Mind Your Head; Please Do Not Throw Your Money In The Well; Electricity Cables- No Kite Flying; Danger - No Swimming in the Weir. This is just another way of helping the weaker gene pull through the day. Thracian is also my role model (obviously). And it looks nowhere near as pretty like this. (the text, that is.) N.
