Actually, I don't think many if any defended him and I happen to think the Scottish FA are doing some pretty damn good work, pioneering the fight against diving and cheating.

The Spanish are racist, The French have crap stadiums n have had it already and the Italians have more Hooligans than we ever had. I don't see where this pleb is coming from really.

Germany do have some cracking stadiums, but they have just had the World Cup, so surely that rules them out. France had 98 I still think we're in with a shout.
