davieG Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 We beat Cov Feb 17th other than that a few draws and no other wins . We've got: Aug 25 Watford - 2nd Win Sept 15 QPR - Draw Sept 29 Stoke - Draw Oct 2 Wolves Oct 23 Sheff Utd Oct 27 Barnsley Nov 10 Burnley Nov 25 Cardiff Dec 1 Southampton Dec 8 WBA Dec 25 Ipswich Dec 29 Charlton Any fancy a guess, we ought to be able to say QPR, Barnsley and Burnley as bankers but I wouldn't put money on it. Sorry to be negative but that's what 4 years of shite does to your brain.
Simi Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 QPR. Although after last time we played them, everything is an improvement.
Floating Fox Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Although after last time we played them, everything is an improvement. I'll take bets on who gets thrown out as well
Geo V Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Watford aren't all that. We`ll stuff them like a Turkey at Xmas.
lildave3 Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Watford aren't all that. We`ll stuff them like a Turkey at Xmas. Jordan Stewart, back at his old ground. I shall applaud him.
Joe. Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Jordan Stewart, back at his old ground. I shall applaud him. I still can't believe his goal the other day. I knew there had to be some explanation for it. Oh, and he was shit for us.
lildave3 Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 I still can't believe his goal the other day. I knew there had to be some explanation for it.Oh, and he was shit for us. Fock off, I used to idolise him  Well, I did in the promotion season anyway.
Joe. Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Fock off, I used to idolise him :laugh:Well, I did in the promotion season anyway. I'd agree he was good then but the seasons after that he was absolutely awful
Geo V Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Jordan Stewart, back at his old ground. I shall applaud him. Yeah he deserves a gentle round of applause, just like you would give the queen if she was passing by in the horse and cart He wasnt all that good or all that bad for us but is one of the few younger players who has left us to do OK. Im sure he was named captain at one time or another and seems to have improved but lets hope Kaebi and Chambers are fit for this game because they will cause him all sorts of problems.
Maybes Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Jordan stewart = Wonder free kick at portman road. Brings back the memories. Although I remember at stoke where he played a shocker and everyone was chanting get him off.
lildave3 Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Jordan stewart = Wonder free kick at portman road. Brings back the memories. Although I remember at stoke where he played a shocker and everyone was chanting get him off. There was a time when I thought he was the solution to the left side problem with England. God I was stupid back then.
Geo V Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 There was a time when I thought he was the solution to the left side problem with England.God I was stupid back then. I still think he can be. With Emile at centre-half and Stearman on the right, England will win the next 3 world cups.
lildave3 Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 I still think he can be. With Emile at centre-half and Stearman on the right, England will win the next 3 world cups. If only Sappleton was English
act smiley Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 If only Sappleton was English Isn't he dual nationality? I mean, how the hell has he got a work permit otherwise?
lildave3 Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 Isn't he dual nationality? I mean, how the hell has he got a work permit otherwise? Interesting. Oi! Mclaren! Get him in!
Thracian Posted 13 August 2007 Posted 13 August 2007 If we beat Accrington perhaps they'll be a home Cup match against someone from Division Two.
Ultra Posted 14 August 2007 Posted 14 August 2007 If not Watford, then QPR. If we have to wait beyond then we really WILL be in trouble!
