Managed to rip the adductor muscles in my right leg (already weakened and never properly 'recovered' from an old injury). Bloody hurts.

Oh, and after only 2 days of being back teaching my throat is ridiculously sore. Another cup of hot water, honey and lemon for me.... *sigh*
