Bizarrely, Daniel Alves has just left Sevilla on a free at the start of the game , but the miserable git has chosen Chelski instead of me.

morris1234 Posted 13 April 2008 Posted 13 April 2008 What budget did you have?I sold a load of rejects and signed Veloso, Barzagli and Maxi Rodriguez. well i had 9 mill, and sold ujfalusi, those 2 fast wingers semioli and the other one and loads of other rejects and sold pazzini for 44 mill to milan and mutu to arsenal as he wanted to leave the git for 42 mill so in all my budget was around 135 mill and i was down to the bare minimum so i signed barzagli 9mill, yobo5mill , esparza 500k, piatti 250k, jeremy menez 12mill, luis jimenez 3 mill, ryan babel 25 mill, berbatov for 25 mill, quagliarella 8 mill, samba 2.5 mill, angelo palombo 7mill, mathieu 6 mill, makoun 9mill and behrami 16 mill! surprised how well i did really and just beat genoa 4-1 (dubious penalty awarded for them) in my first game and ive got milan next. my squad ............................frey............................ behrami.....barzagli.........yobo...........mathieu .........................palombo.......................... menez................montolivo...............babel.. .............berbatov............quagliarella........ subs: esparza piatti samba jimenez makoun

I am Leicester and I was playing against Man City and they had just scored a blatant offside and all the players were surrounding the assistant ref and I could see it because it was still on the pitch mode but then DJ Campbell went to kick off by himself with the ball placed it down and even though all the players were still surrounding the ref and nobody was in position, HE KICKED OFF WITH NOBODY THERE!!! What was even more weird is that he just kicked it as if someone ought to be there and then Man City got the ball straight from kick off and play was allowed to continue! I was already fuming because we had let them score and it was offside but that was just ludicrous!

I was already fuming because we had let them score and it was offside but that was just ludicrous! i know what you mean, even with 8.0.2 version you get a few bugs, like occasionally the keeper would kick off with my striker and they would give it straight to the opposition whom obviously shoot and have scored in the past!

Ched Evans finished 2nd top scorer with 25 goals, signed him for £3.7 million at the end of the season. Ishmael Miller finished top scorer with 38. I finished the season as 3rd in the manager of the season poll, can't be doing that badly. So far I've signed Marlon Harewood (2.8million), Marton Fulop (750k) and Danny Shittu. (2million)

Im trying to steer Nigeria to victory in the World Cup in 2010 at the moment. After 2 games im sitting top of my group after a draw with Portugal and a 4-1 battering of Paraguay. Bottom of the table Serbia up next.

dandannieldanok Posted 14 April 2008 Posted 14 April 2008 I started on the patch with Bosnia and Herzegovina Surprisingly they were second in their group with 5 games to go. Unfortunately I lost my first game in charge, 3-1 at Hungary, before recovering to beat Moldova 4-1 after a mid-second half scare. My last three games look daunting, Greece and Turkey away sandwiching Norway at home.
