GianEmmo Zola Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 i was in v2, great atmosphere there! the stewards tryed to prove a point by taking 1 person away we all clapped him, then a guy behind me made me laugh, he said 1 down 4999 to go ! genius
Fez of Mahrez Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 Said on the news they were 12 The news?!?! What news was it on?? I didn't see what happened really. Lots of chavvy looking types getting angry with stewards. The usual crap. The kids were lashing out pretty wildly when they got ejected though.

Fez of Mahrez Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 I heard they ejected the wrong people? The kids who got ejected were giving plenty of verbals. They also got involved somehow with a young bloke sat with what looked like his mum, and they didn't exactly look like angelic types.
TJ Fox Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 The kids who got ejected were giving plenty of verbals. They also got involved somehow with a young bloke sat with what looked like his mum, and they didn't exactly look like angelic types. I was sat just in front - I know what people mean about over zealous stewarding and policing a lot of the time, but they deserved chucking out. A steward had asked them to sit down once, they didn't and the steward (I think the woman who was mentioned before) seemed to not be that arsed and left them. They kept abusing her and then the lad in black chucked a coin at her. The woman in the row in front told them to stop, they told her to **** off and then her son (?) and his mates told em to pack it in, *relatively* politely. The kid in black just lost it and went mad, threatening all of them - veins popping out of neck, red face, real angry (there were a few of them too, all much bigger than him and the girl) - when the police came up for another reason he just started abusing them, they asked him to leave and he seemd to want to fight them. I know people were shouting scum at the police, but they seriously deserved to get ejected - needlessly aggressive to their own fans who asked them to stop chucking coins at a steward. fair enough I say. Some people are just nob- heads.
Nath Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 Was Stood bout 4 rows for back in X1.... No stewards told us to sit down, just those in the block next to us, and those 2 kids in our block, of whom were 17 (1 of them's mum was on our coach and she didnt seem particulaly bothered...) (standupandsing we were chanting scum at the police and stewards for what everyone in here is talking about...the incident in X1)
fludie Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 Didnt see much of it i just looked over and saw a kid getting away from the police and like 6 of them trying to get hold of him.
Tevez Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 Talking about them two lads, they was in the escort and the one in the black got pulled by the police which resulted in Jamie getting pulled in aswell. Oh and that wall isn't safe in V1 i thought i was going to go overboard.
BigGibbo Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 I was stood up all game near the corner flag on the right despite being threatened with ejection on a few occasions the f@cking killjoys

Oh and that wall isn't safe in V1 i thought i was going to go overboard. Thought about that before the game, We were 6 rows from the back of the upper in V1 everyobe stood, no hassle at all. The whole upper was stood up I think, great stuff.

The whole upper was stood up I think, great stuff. Well i was on the front row of the standing people in V2 (as i said at school) so there were a few people infront sitting down. Granted there were some little kids so standing might've been abit tiring xD
JoeyB Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 I was on stairs 20, and there was just this one steward who walked up, move in please lads then walked off came every 20 mins, as soon as his back turned everyone moved out agian. no problems with the stewarding! but this one police officer tried to walk me to the train station and didnt believe i was driving!
The Stig Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 If there was someone young / small person behind me i would have wanted to sit, but then i wouldn't have been able to see, and there lies the problem! Luckily there was no young kids near me so everyone was happy!

Luckily there was no young kids near me so everyone was happy! If they brought standing back, we'd all be winners! To simple. I thought we were chanting scum, 'cus there was a forest fan down there
Raj Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 we were in Block w Row R and stood all match with no problems, bar this missus moaning about it! Also had a great view of Bernie to my right....funny that there was nobody around him...everybody just moves away from him!!!
lcfc_jme Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 Didn't have any problems whatsoever with the stewards yesterday, funnily enough. The ones I spoke to seemed friendly and relaxed. The police were a bit forking ridiculous though. Just looking to "av it" with football fans.
Staf Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 No problems with stewards apart from when the third goal went in i jumped on the barrier near an exit and he gave me evils
Hullfox Posted 19 September 2007 Posted 19 September 2007 how many stood in lower tier? 4 in the first half and just 2 in the second.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 20 September 2007 Author Posted 20 September 2007 4 in the first half and just 2 in the second. Most of us...
Manwell Pablo Posted 20 September 2007 Posted 20 September 2007 Someone was trying to drag him back. But I was too short to see who. Twas his mate, who was also a prime cock, and looked like a girl. The indivdual in question was far from hard done to, in fact I hope they took him ground the back of the ground and kicked the shit out of him. If you saw what he was getting up to you'd have no sympathey.

Manwell Pablo Posted 20 September 2007 Posted 20 September 2007 What was he doing??? He wasn't doing a sordid sex act over Bernie was he??? He was shouting abuse at people four or five rows down and was telling people he was going to knock them out. It's funny Lisa said she felt like giving the Stewards a piece of her mind because I felt having a word with said individual, however seeing as he didn't look like the reasonable type and keeping the fact I wasn't even suppose to be at the ground in mind I decided not to bother. In any case he was being a completet twat ages before the Stewards got there. Best of all the Stewards weren't even in that part of the groun to sort him out to begin with. They were actually trying to get the people two rows behind this lad to sit down at first but said nob head decided to get right into their faces whilst singing "attack attack attack attack" in their faces, in the middle of the concourse. They warned, he carried on Fing, blinding, being aggresive, for about 5 minutes before they lost patience and tried to eject him, at which point he started throwing punches. Absloute dick head, needs to be taught.

bluefox82 Posted 20 September 2007 Posted 20 September 2007 I was on the row in front of these lads and when they started fighting with the police we scored the second goal and the whole place errupted the police and stewards went flying down the stairs like bowling balls so funny!!!!!
