See how there are three different areas with ice bloons seperating the coloured bloons?

First, go for the middle section but try to avoid hitting the ice bloons on the left, dont worry if you hit one or two at the bottom.

Then go up the left hand side, you should have popped about 20 bloons by now.

Then collect the two "three dart" bloon thingys (down the bottom centre) in one shot.. then aim up high (full power) trying to get the remaining unfrozen bloons.

3. Hit the ice.
   
4. Richochet the arrow of the frozen ballons so it hits the spiky ball balloon thing, and that's it.

See the two bronze blocks next to you?

You've gotta get rid of them but you must aim UPWARDS, with hardly any power. Then you'll hit the pink bloon, which should be enough to get you 67/70 with 1 dart remaining. Then just get some of the bloons by the ice bloon.

ahhhhhh that wouldve been so much easier. I did it my own way before i seen your post.

I just got rid of the ones below the ice bloon on the top. Then aimed up and over to get rid of the first bulk whilst also making the bottom corner into ice. Then on my next dart i went p and over and bounced off the ice onto the pins!
