I take it you know the idea but it's too hard?

Just hit it against the black blocks, then it will come back and hit the other black blocks and then hit the mines.

Its tricky.

See the light blue bloon on the bottom to your left?

Find your way to get that, then once you have it, aim powerfully in the same direction, then get the remaining bloons.

1. Hit the wooden block.
   
2. Hit the bomb without hitting the ice.
   
3. Hit the ice.
   
4. Richochet the arrow of the frozen ballons so it hits the spiky ball balloon thing, and that's it.

27: First shot get it low and as close to the bronze blocks as possible. After this you could/should have about 4/5/6.

Then second shot aim for the big area up the right.

28: its quite difficult. First shot get the row (or try to get both rows in one) at the bottom

Then just loop the dart over the ice bloons and get the rest.. first few times I got 88/89
