Father Ted Posted 4 November 2007 Posted 4 November 2007 Nottingham Forest's Neil Lennon is in line to become Dunfermline manager as pressure mounts on Stephen Kenny. (News of the World)
Chairman of the Bored Posted 12 November 2007 Posted 12 November 2007 Lennon now back in training with Forest. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...est/7085807.stm

Thracian Posted 16 November 2007 Posted 16 November 2007 another revival of the Old Boys network proposals. I'm sick of it. I've seen nothing at all that suggests Taggart, Walsh or Lennon have anything special to offer as coaches or managers. And if they have ambitions in that direction they should be with clubs that can give them the time to develop their abilities and the opportunity to show them. Why have their names all surfaced at or in connection with Leicester since MM has arrived?

Why have their names all surfaced at or in connection with Leicester since MM has arrived? Because of muppets on here who think someone who once played for us will bring something extra. You are harsh on Taggart, the guy is still learning his trade. He didn't ask to be thrown in the deep end.

Why have their names all surfaced at or in connection with Leicester since MM has arrived? Walsh throws his name in to the hat at most opportunities, he perhaps didn't whilst he was away in Spain but before and after he has done. Lennon was mainly linked as a Player Manager after Levein had left, so that's not quite true. The fact he used to play for us and left Celtic in the summer meant he was always going to be linked with us this summer as well. Again, Taggs has come here as a coach, it's not his fault that he's now getting thrown in to the limelight as a caretaker boss.
