He seems to be off form and doesn't seem to be able to collect crosses like before He's still the best keeper by a long shot but little things eg. he doesn't seem to talk to the defense as much as he seemed to before etc. Anyone else noticed this?

And when i come on here to see some tit moaning about a few misplaced kicks it annoys me. If he needs to improve anything significantly it is how to be more commanding IMO.

Oh yeah, i forgot he has been conceeding goals by the dozen. When was the last time u see him drop a cross?

Fulop's a young player, especially by goalkeeping standards, and nowhere near the finished article, but still the best keeper we've had since Ian Walker at least. The fact that he's displaced Kiraly from the Hungary team shows what quality he has. If Mandaric is serious about his ambitions for our club, he MUST pay Sunderland whatever they ask for him, even if he has to flog Fryatt or Kisnorbo to do so..

As for his kicking its really pathetic that people always pick this out? What do you expect from every goal kick a clear 1on1 oppurtunity for our striker? Behave.

Manwell Pablo Posted 13 November 2007 Posted 13 November 2007 Fulops a good young keeper who pulls off some saves the rest of our goalkeepers could only dream of. Every now and again he lets then odd goal I think he could of done slightly better with, Stuart Greens free kick at Palace and Johny Jacksons header against Colchester being the ones that stick in my mind. but they're far from howlers. I haven't seen so much as a match report from Saturday so I can't really comment on his cross collecting against Burnley but he has always looked pretty comfortable collecting crosses from what I've seen. Like every player we have he will have games where he is not at his best, but the fact remains, he's the best goalkeeper we've got, and had for a good long while.
