lookwhaticando Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 oh fook me... I edited it and got it wrong again. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Tabou Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 I have to sleep with my bedroom window wide open. Stems from a house fire we had when I was about 14. I also have an OCD. Lypsyl. Hhaha freak i know. But I actually loose the plot if I haven't got any. I get all hot and aggitated, and will lash out if teased
Finnegan Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 I've a similar issue with bedroom windows. I've had mine open for about five years, in varying houses. All day, every day. Heh. If it's closed, give it a few minutes and I'll get light headed and swear blind the room's far too stuffy and oxygen free. Don't have a clue what that stems from, really.
Raj Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 I have a note pad in every room and next to my bed so i can write things down at the moment of thought! Not really a superstition just a fcuking weirdo!
FilboFox Posted 20 November 2007 Posted 20 November 2007 This isn't exactly a superstition but if I see a door closing or something happening, I will say in my head "You have to make it to the door before it closes or you'll die at 20" and then I'll run to try and get there... Thats just one example and there are many others... doors are usually the most regular though! Stupid... but then again... so are many superstitions!

Bet your a nightmare to travel with on the tube, on and off at every station. What about sliding doors at the supermarket, are you there all day running in and out? I am not superstitious apart from making sure I finish every pint I buy and staying to watch the full match no matter how crap it is. But I call that tight not superstitious.

It probably stems from you being a mental. Or Welsh. One of those two.

lcfc_jme Posted 26 November 2007 Posted 26 November 2007 Believing that a particular pair of boots are " lucky " and that I play well when I wear them (namely the boots I wore in the FT game during the summer, the same boots that I managed to split beyond repair tonight). Hate getting and wearing new boots, they just don't have the same magic. There are a few more like, but this one is most apparent to me at the minute.
