The Stig Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Mainly aiming this thread at people who have seen him play for the reserves. What do you think? Could he be given a chance, or is he not ready yet?
SamL Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Should be given a chance when regulars are injured. Clemence and Weso can be good players but just need to improve their fitness and have a stable team playing around them. If 2 out of King, Weso and Clemence are injured then i'd probably give him a go.

Kilworthfox Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Mainly aiming this thread at people who have seen him play for the reserves. What do you think? Could he be given a chance, or is he not ready yet? He is the Grolsch of our midfield
General Smuts Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 He is the Grolsch of our midfield Agreed ive seen him play 2 or 3 times and hes been nowt but pants every time. Don't believe the hype. Unless its directed towards Sapplezilla then its all true.
Thracian Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Mainly aiming this thread at people who have seen him play for the reserves. What do you think? Could he be given a chance, or is he not ready yet? I've seen nothing to suggest he should be in the first team. He's been okay in the reserves and all his player ratings would be around five or six. He's scored one goal and might have had an assist but just doesn't command games though he has shown signs of improving. Genuine first teamers stand out in reserve matches. It's not that they don't make any mistakes, more that their quality shows through in various ways, particularly the time they find on the ball. The reserves have had a middling season suffering several defeats and he's been an almost ever present part of that. I would expect him to have far greater influence before being ready for the first team.
Staf Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Seen him play once and he was decent and i would like to see him given a chance
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 3 December 2007 Posted 3 December 2007 Should have played when we were putting James Chambers in centre midfield every week, but he shouldn't replace Clem, Weso or King.

Edit: In Midfield.
