Koke Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 You gotta applaud Jermaine Defoe. For too long he has kept his mouth shut, got on with it and not moaned to the press how he isn't getting enough playing time. I really believe that his patience will soon pay off and he'll get a good run in the team. Poor lad though, he finally got his chance last night, scored a goal and then got sacrificed as Zokora saw red.

Head Honcho Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 Defoe would be a eng regular if he got first team football every week. Why doesn't he move? I'm sure there are plenty of clubs wanting him. I know he wants to stay at spurs but he scored the other day and he still got subbed what will it take for him to make sense of it??????????????? The question we should be asking is not wtf is he still at Spurs for? It should be! Do any of the top 4 clubs want him and is he good enough? I say no to both questions therefore he's better off where he is. He's at the biggest club at his disposal at present wtf should he want to leave? You can't compare players these days to players of days gone by. Todays game is about the squad not the player!
Floating Fox Posted 19 December 2007 Posted 19 December 2007 How does defoe pull off that purple suit.... He does>?

So David Bentley should've stayed at Arsenal?
