Nod.E Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 Because he always get's killed by opposition, resluting in a sending off. Lovely. Seriously though, why does Stearman always get murdered on the pitch?
Nod.E Posted 21 March 2008 Author Posted 21 March 2008 Think back to the last few sending's off in City matches. West Brom Norwich Both incidents left stearman on the floor in a heap. Always seems to happen...
Thracian Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 Stearman looks a bit of a stick insect and right for a walloping but he's surprisingly tough as his record of over 100 appearances in a relatively short time shows.
jerakin Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 I think he can be a Leicester legend. Is it just me, or is he tough and cute?
DB11 Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 I'd prefer James Chambers. Actually... now we have Etuhu on the right I think Stearman may be alright.
Fatbloke Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 Stears has very quick feet and a lot of skill, the thugs that fly in with late tackles have not !

The Stig Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 He is the most improved player this season. Having started in the woeful form we've been used to for the last year, he's now back to how he was originally. A very promising young player.
Simi Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 Because he has one of those faces that you really want to punch, I guess.
The Stig Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 Because he has one of those faces that you really want to punch, I guess. You're right which makes it even more enfuriating when he plays crap.

I'd have him in contention for player of the season, even, which isn't something I ever thought I'd hear myself say.
Koke Posted 21 March 2008 Posted 21 March 2008 He was lucky he didn't break his leg with Russell's awful challenge. That was a potential leg breaker. And then he receives another whacking from Luke Moore. The boy is made of steel despite his skinny self.
