Tomassi Posted 22 March 2005 Posted 22 March 2005 Sacking Ray Lewington today!!! now they will get relegated
Scow Posted 22 March 2005 Posted 22 March 2005 Link A shocking decision. He was left to pick up the mess from the Vialli era, and has done a tremendous job on limited resources.
filbertway Posted 22 March 2005 Posted 22 March 2005 Here is some of there opions http://boards.rivals.net/default.asp?sid=8...toid=2127689596
Anish Posted 22 March 2005 Posted 22 March 2005 To be fair he's was their manager for more than 2 years now and they've stabilised but were going nowhere under him.
Simon Posted 22 March 2005 Posted 22 March 2005 I must admit to being surprised that he was sacked. It'll go one of 2 ways for them now- they'll plummet or kick on up the league. Which do you think it'll be?
Ash Posted 23 March 2005 Posted 23 March 2005 They said " They are looking for a new up coming manager" Micky Adams then <_<

They should have given him to the end of the season at least, instead of causing disruption while they fight a relegation battle.
Anish Posted 12 March 2006 Posted 12 March 2006 Nicely 'bumped' Stez Shows I wasn't wrong when I agreed with Watford's decision
Scow Posted 12 March 2006 Posted 12 March 2006 Who actually thought Boothroyd was going to do this well, eh? (Evidence required pre-season )
Bert Posted 14 March 2006 Posted 14 March 2006 I didn't give two hoots about Watford pre season i was more bothered about Leicester but Adie Bothroyd deserves all the credit he is getting at the minute,oh and we one of the few teams Watford have failed to beat this season
Manwell Pablo Posted 14 March 2006 Posted 14 March 2006 Watfords biggest mistake ever was signing Jordan Stewart, and nothing will ever top it.
