Some of us can remember when managers were given time. " "

What a surprise - a 1-0 trouncing of the mighty Sc*nthorpe, and suddenly the "pro-Ollie" brigade emerge from the woodwork.

Our ambitions should be set a lot higher than that.

Although judging by the pro-Fryatt posts in this thread, some of them clearly aren't.. :(

I could easily say the same thing about you went awol then all of a sudden when were not doing so well pop from nowhere with your Ollie = Relegation rubbish.

As for higher sights i asked you on a previous thread and you didnt answer so ill give you your chance again who would be the manager to take us to your ambitions?

I wouldn't change the manager, I'd change the players.

We need to get rid of so-called 'battlers' and get some real quality into our squad. We shouldn't be battling our way out of this league, we should be playing our way out of it. Battlers only seem to end up with you battling against relegation, not pushing for promotion.

By battlers, I mean the likes of Fryatt and Hume, yes them, you keep battling away, but where does it get us?

We need a radical change of approach in the summer.

Last season, Derby 'battled' their way out of this division with 1-0s, look where that got them. Wigan and Reading went up with the best football I've seen in 4 seasons down here, look where it got them.

That's either a weak attempt at controversy or a very poor judgement of opinion. You tell me.

Many people on here, myself included, have questioned some of Holloway's decision making both on and off the pitch. At the same time however we have recognised the need for stability and as such have consistently supported Holloway and not argued for his removal.

Happy to see that the poll reveals that Fryatt amongst the majority is not GOD! that many believe.

The truth is he's awful and anyone who would play him in our starting line up has no idea. monkeys.

he missed another sitter last weekend I would defenitly get rid in summer unless we relegated, he has had 2 seasons now to find his form again and he hasn't I think his level is league one.
