In your post-match interviews will you be more like Ian "why use one word when 25 will do" Holloway or Rob "Smashing bunch of lads" Kelly?

Being a trained journo I was a reporter's dream. I knew what made a story, fed em plenty and they were always appreciative in my experience.

I'd always praise and defend my players in public. Never had reason to do otherwise to be honest but it wouldn't have mattered.

Any harsh words were said in the dressing room and they really were a collectors item. As a training ground I was vocal enough in a good humoured way but usually very quiet in being seriously critical - only me and the player concerned ever knew. I found players reacted better than they would if embarrassed in front of their team-mates.

I'd also flatter the opposition too. Never saw the point in making the return match harder by winding anyone up.

I've gone from wanting him until Christmas to wanting to start an Ince bandwagon in the space of a day.

Worrying, though, I can't think of anyone else likely to do a good job.

Holloway Blames Everyone Else for Defeat.

Leicester manager Ian Holloway has blamed everyone but himself for Leicester City's Championship league defeat by Sheffield Wednesday yesterday.

The Foxes crashed 3-1 after they had taken the lead after 9 minutes. They also missed 2 open goals and a penalty.

"I believe it (the loss) is down to a dodgy decision from the referee, the coach driver who drove us to Barnsley last week, the man who packed our kit, my wife, your wife, your dog, my dog, Tibet and of course the Wednesday team."

"It is difficult to swallow. It is a double disappointment because all the big decisions went against us and with nine minutes gone we had secured our status for another year. If only your dog hadn't had barked when it did. You know it really broke our concentration. As for the Sheffield Wednesday coach driver, why the hell didn't he stop on the M1?" asked Ollie as he clutched some straws.

Meanwhile Chelsea manager Avram Grant is preparing a list of people he can blame when Liverpool once again knock Chelsea out in the Champions League semi-finals.
