give worley a chance - either way we are going to lose, might aswell see what he is about eh?

I've already seen what he's about - twice.

First time I remember him losing the ball defensive side of the halfway line and standing arguing with the refe while the opposition charged into our penalty area and almost scored.

Second time he gave away two goals, one by failing to contol or clear a simple low cross which bounced up and hit his hand for a penalty. Second time when he was left for dead after a half-heaarted challenge on the edge of the box and the striker scored comfortably without further challenge.

He's a tall lad, around six feet 3 inches. He's quite good in the air at both ends of the pitch and seems to have been signed as a cultured centre-back, a guy who can play the ball out of defence and exactly what we need.

But he certainly doesn't look ready yet from anything I've seen. He's too prone to mistakes, doesn't look strong enough and obviously needs to sharpen up his reactions and decision making.

I'm not saying he's a no hoper just that putting him in the first team now would be like putting a rabbit in with rottweilers.

So, if the worst comes to the worst, he would do well in League 1 next year?

First I hope he makes a speed recovery and is able to play again.

However, the fact that he is seen as such a big loss for us is indicative of how bad we have become. He has been a central part of a side which has struggled at the wrong end of an average division all the time he has been here. He's been sent off more times than any other current player (rightly or wrongly) he gives away stupid free kicks in dangerous positions usually because he has his arms all over his opponent or is pulling his shirt. His distribution Is amongst the worse I've seen from a pro footballer especially as he is basically a converted midfielder. He is not physically dominant enough for this league. The lower half/upper first half of Scottish football premiership/first division is his level. Sorry but if we are to ever reach the premiership again and it looks a long way away we need better than him. Fair play he shows commitment and has some pace but that is not enough.

The fact that we have no adequate replacement is yet another testamony to the inadequate level of management that has dogged this club this season.

My point is that I for one won't be sorry if Kisnorbo never plays for us again-not once have I said there are better defenders then him in the squad.

We need better defenders at the club and another season with Kisnorbo at the centre of our defence will mean what exactly? :dunno:

We obviously have our wires crossed then, because I'm talking more about the immediate future with the players at our disposal, and you're on about next season it appears.

Think of it like this tho guys!! With him been injured till October :dunno: no one is gonna buy him im the summer so he will still be our player even if we go down which could be a massive plus next year!!

can we still get an emergency loan deal on a CB just until the end of the season then we can have a look on the market over the summer for a loan deal until kizza is fit again

Yeah, but was does concern me is that N'Gotty is Kissa's replacement!! :o

I'd actually agree with this, I think he is over rated. Personal opinion.

He is Sh*t lol

And my 2000th post goes to saying Kisnorbo is sh*t lol

But get well soon Paddy!
