Joe. Posted 30 May 2008 Posted 30 May 2008 WACCOE's hardly a chant to send shivers down your spine Annoying in fact: basically two phrases repeated for about an hour. Yeah, very impressive.
Tommeh Posted 30 May 2008 Posted 30 May 2008 Arsenal one: Lasagne woooaaahhh Lasagne woooaaahhh We laughed oursleves to bits When Tottenham got the shits Champions league, you're having a laugh (scum) Champions league you're having a laugh (scum)
Tevez Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 As much as people hate Leeds blah blah blah. I recommend going to a game just for the atmosphere. Especially standing in the Kop end and the whole stadium sing. Class.
placidcasual Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 Sos Cagon - River Plate Ay che bostero, vos sos ortiva... vos sos amigo de la policia... en Mar del Plata, no te platanste, con los Borrachos, como cobraste... YOU'RE A PIECE OF S**T! YOU'RE A PIECE OF S**T!(P***Y, WIMP). The second verse is directed to River Plate. Wherever you go, we'll always be with you ...you're my life, what I love the most...here are your supporters, here are your people..who will follow you and defend you forever...RIVER PLATE! RIVER PLATE! Dale - Boca Juniors Another Boca Juniors one. Vengan a la 12 It is 2:05 into this video
lildave3 Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 Fener bounce - The bit where it goes round all 4 stands. - Hand actions make it.
Raj Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 Too many Scouse shitty songs. Dont beileve the hype. They are Wan kers.
leedslad Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 Frankfurt fans: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N10r3uuRaZk For Leeds, WACCOE is poor these days but this is good: I don't think you can beat Celtic doing YNWA though.
purpleronnie Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 YNWA is the best british football song no question.
C-man Posted 31 May 2008 Posted 31 May 2008 Frankfurt fans: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N10r3uuRaZk How do those bounces start so quickly? Over here we get about 10 people bouncing to begin with and then another 40 might join in for about 10 seconds, whereas those fans simultaneously bounce straight away, its amazing.

Just what they're used to, though, ain't it? If we're digging up all the obvious European nut cases though then you can't keep ovelrooking St. Etienne.

There's a bloke at the front with a megaphone, and it is part of their 'terrace culture'. You'll also notice their stewards are actively encouraging them despite the ground falling down, while ours would have to clear the stand for a full health and safety assesment...

Works a treat with microphone and a drum that doesn't over-shadow the fans. The "kapo" (Thats the guy with a microphone) can get the whole stand singing in a couple of seconds, it's quite something too see it first hand. Shame it'd never work over here. I love European Ultra culture.

Tevez Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 OH OWEN HARGREAVES YOU ARE THE LOVE OF MY LIFE OH OWEN HARGREAVES I'D LET YOU SHAG MY WIFE OH OWEN HARGREAVES I WANT CURLY HAIR TOOOO (tune to can't take my eyes of you (I love you baby)
Finnegan Posted 14 July 2008 Posted 14 July 2008 What we sing to Owen Hargreaves (amongst others ): YOU'RE WELSH! AND YOU KNOW YOU ARE! Bit unfair in Hargreaves' case but funny all the same.
bill99 Posted 7 August 2008 Posted 7 August 2008 this is a shorter waccoe of leeds fans, but a better one in terms of noise. awesome to be involved in a chant like that for 20mins or whatever it was. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=r2YQF-VIS6Y Panathinaikos fans http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=beDg2Iy_mSQ
tbf Posted 7 August 2008 Posted 7 August 2008 More a song than a chat but i used to go to Sheff Utd sometimes when i was a student in Sheffield. They sing "You fill up my senses" Over kick off both at the start and after half time, really pulls the crowd together, quite moving sitting in the home area, even if was was more neutral than those around me.

Asha Posted 7 August 2008 Posted 7 August 2008 I do like the Panathinaikos one. I love it too. What's with it being a basketball game though....
Asha Posted 7 August 2008 Posted 7 August 2008 It would make me cry with joy if at the Walkers some day we'd be like the Panenthinaikos fans. All of us clapping together (in rhythm) and singin random shit about our club
