Bullshit. The refereeing has generally been poor and needs working on. It also needs to punish referees who make mistakes more. I.E. Clattenburg

Simi Posted 21 June 2008 Posted 21 June 2008 From Standupsitdown... 3. In the section on stewarding there is an interview with the Norwich Safety Officer - apparently:"It used to be the visiting fans that posed the biggest challenge to stewards. Today, it is often dealing with persistent standing that is one of the most taxing issues. Having received specialist training in this area, Blackburn’s team do so with a firm but polite approach to seating enforcement."
