Cheese Me Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 Well done lads. Fourth regional title in in a row. Wish the current crop could be so successful
act smiley Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 Think they'd still need to go down a few more leagues to win a regional title
Fox You Forest Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 I think we should be looking to offer Lee Philpott a contract. They made it look far to easy.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 First time I've ever watched it. We were on a higher level to everyone else. Great to watch from a Leicester City team, no matter how far removed from the full side it is. Same as when the Academy won the Premier League. Just wish we had a team that passed and moved like that. Brilliant achievement and a pleasure to watch.
Simi Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 You just know Taggs has just necked his 8th pint of Guiness.

If they let us in europe this year then me and the boys will make a weekend of it . In years gone past we aint been allowed in europe as we aint a big enough club apparently , thats the jist of what Mauchlen told me last August
Fez of Mahrez Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 Tis true , how proud i was watching that . If they let us in europe this year then me and the boys will make a weekend of it . In years gone past we aint been allowed in europe as we aint a big enough club apparently , thats the jist of what Mauchlen told me last August Yeah I've heard that. Real shame. It's just nice to see the scoreline Leicester City 5 Nottingham Forest 1 on TV for whatever reason. That they thought we scored an unfair goal just made it even better. Just to add as well Paul Groves was pure class. We made it look easy but you could tell from the other games that it wasn't.

And it was Peter Jones who said the goal stood. The Peter Jones who works for our club
Ashley Posted 13 July 2008 Author Posted 13 July 2008 And it was Peter Jones who said the goal stood. The Peter Jones who works for our club Peter Jones was the Assitant Refferee?
Matt Posted 13 July 2008 Posted 13 July 2008 Peter Jones was the Assitant Refferee? Well Peter Jones was there when they were discussing whether it was a goal or not in a black referee's kit i'm almost certain it was him.
Ashley Posted 13 July 2008 Author Posted 13 July 2008 Well Peter Jones was there when they were discussing whether it was a goal or not in a black referee's kit i'm almost certain it was him. Ok Once again Well done Leicester, done us proud.
