Meh, some of their songs are okay for getting "aggressivalised" before 5 a side. The only band I would class as "metal" that I really like are Killswitch Engage. Howard Jones really does have an incredible voice when he uses it well.

Well the original post was said somewhat jokingly (although I really do dislike their music) but I fail to see how incredibly talented they are... Guess it's just not my style of music.

Joey Jordison is generally recognized as one of the most talented "alternative" (rock/metal/punk) drummers on the planet. Fair to mention the man in the same sentence as the likes of Travis Barker, Dave Lombardo, Josh Freese or the like. You'll not get many honest people picking Mick Thomson's technique apart, either, nor Corey Taylor's voice. I empathise entirely with your distaste for their music, I share it. But as a collection of individuals they are quite surprisingly talented. Granted, they're no Dream Theatre - but who is?

Phil campbell is a Fookin' god Extremely underated/ overlooked as a Lead guitarist Completely agree with that about Slipknot too pal, Joey is incredible on drums as too are the other members equally as talented.
