Whereas it took Walcott about 8 years to get his first game.

Walcott was built up to much and Wenger sence that and didn't want to throw him straight in and burn him. Ramsey is good enough to play for Arsenal now. Same with Luke Wilkshire only 16 but should be on the fringes this season.
