Guest shearfox Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 Pearson seems to have made some wonderful signings, its looking good.
Corky Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 Pearson seems to have made some wonderful signings, its looking good. Completely new defence yet still as miserly as last season, attack banging them in now. 12 goals in six so far. Fryatt's like a new signing as well.
Brainy Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 What's the next one to beat? Winning on boxing day?
lcfc_jme Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 What's the next one to beat? Winning on boxing day? Nice as it would be to beat Leeds on boxing day at their place, I'd like to see us actually go about putting a winning run together in the league, as that hasn't happened in recent times. There are plenty more games to think about before boxing day. Happy to finally have won 2 on the spin in the league, though. It's about ****ing time!
Rodders Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 What's the next one to beat? Winning on boxing day? Didn't know that was a problem for us. How long does that go back?
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 Didn't know that was a problem for us. How long does that go back? We haven't won on Boxing Day since Boxing Day 2007.
Finnegan Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 What JME said, even if his choice of Shot is somewhat suspect. Goldschlagger ftw!
DB11 Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 What now? We haven't won on Boxing Day since Boxing Day 2007. Oh  Every time I've watched Leicester on Boxing Day we've lost
lcfc_jme Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 What JME said, even if his choice of Shot is somewhat suspect.Goldschlagger ftw! Nice. And strong! But Jäger beats it for me. Mix the two together and you've got an immense drink, though!
Finnegan Posted 30 August 2008 Posted 30 August 2008 Nice. And strong! But Jäger beats it for me. Mix the two together and you've got an immense drink, though! Oh don't. I did just that at the Reading Festival 2004, I was absolutely twatted. Drank about an entire bottle of Goldschlagger in a few hours on the last night and ended up being dragged back to my friend's tent half dead by the went-on-to-be Mrs. Finners. Woke up the next day with the tents all down and my bags all packed, they'd just dragged me back out and taken the campsite down around me.

Marvellous stuff! I haven't drank it in that kind of quantity yet so unfortunately don't have a similar passing out story. Though I may try it soon as it apparently helped you to bag a lady-friend. Keen!

T'is good stuff, though. Bit rough the next day but what the hell. Go forth, deciple, and ruin your liver!
