Saturday, 06 September - FT game?

The U21s could probably field a team, but the only people to express an interest so far for the O21s are me and Syston. As Bert's suggested, maybe a kickabout is the best option. Perhaps the fact that this idea was posted on this section of the forum has led to several people not knowing of this? Maybe General Chat would have been better, I dunno.

I probably won't be able to make it now anyway - I'm planning on watching the Peterborough and England games on TV in a possible all day piss up. Someone else would need to organise it I'm afraid.

And im off to Notts County v Bournemouth now!

I'd like to applogise for not seeing this sooner.

There will be a proper game organised later in the season, this seemed a little too last minute, we (O21's)don't have enough players, the season has only just started. and I can't be bothred. And Im sure I've got to do something on Saturday, can't remember what though.

Same. I cant really be bothered to play, especially as we have our first game of the season on the Sunday.

Later date in the year would be better.

I think the next Over 21/Under 21 match will probably take place on either the next time we're out of the FA Cup?

Btw, just to let all under 21's know, (who don't know) I do take on the "managerial side" of this, and places will go on a priority based system for the next Under/Over game.

That's simply because i see it the only fair way to do it.

Yeah, we'll keep an eye on it Bert. Would like to make it a day when Leicester and England aren't playing.

I don't particularly want to sit in a pub in Leicester from about 3pm - 9pm just so I can see England Andorra.

Cant argue with that Rob.

Yes.

People in the past have made this successful, I wouldn't want them to miss out. Especially seeing as these people are all reliable too, not saying that anyone else isn't of course, but if you had played in the last few, and not got in this time because someone got their name down before you, would you be annoyed? I know I would.

It may sound harsh, or even having favouritism, but to me i think that's the only fair way to do it.
