Joe. Posted 15 December 2008 Posted 15 December 2008 Agreed.A fantastic player, I read somewhere that he wants to play for Inter Milan. I am sure he will take some direction from Diego as he is his father in law. Personally I can't see him ending up in England anytime soon; I think that he'll eventually move to a bigger club in Spain such as Barcelona or head over Italy like you've pointed out. Either way, there'll be no shortage of interest for him at the end of this season from all over Europe.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Not European news but Corinthians, the team that I follow from Brazil, signed Ronaldo a week or two ago. Really hope he finds his feet there.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Pissing off every Flamengo fan in the process Yup. He'll bang in the goals in the Brazilian second division.
lildave3 Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 Yup.He'll bang in the goals in the Brazilian second division. I thought Corinthians were back up now?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 17 December 2008 Posted 17 December 2008 I thought Corinthians were back up now? No, you are right. That's a serious error on my part, it's just that in all the stories I've read, he was revealed as a Serie B player.
lildave3 Posted 20 December 2008 Posted 20 December 2008 Konyaspor 1 - 2 FenerbahceAnother victorious night for the canaries, as fantastic goals from Fenerbahce stars Önder Turaci and Deivid de Souza ensured that last season's UEFA Champions League quarter-finalists Fenerbahce continue their impressive Turkcell Super-League campaign with 2-1 away win against Konyaspor in Konya. The canaries took the lead with a fantastic goal from Önder Turaci just after 42 minutes. Later on, Fenerbahce star Deivid de Souza increased Fenerbahce's lead in Konya and made sure that the champions win three points at the end. I think Turaci has only just come back from injury too, and is a defender.

Darkzzz_ Posted 21 December 2008 Author Posted 21 December 2008 Excellent win for Barcelona tonight. Championship form going into the winter break. Just watching Milan who are 3-1 up already. Good stuff.

Joe. Posted 22 December 2008 Posted 22 December 2008 Atletico beat Espanyol 3-2 yesterday with a 91st minute winner from Maxi Rodriguez. Goals from Maxi (2) and Aguero. Erm...again.

Darkzzz_ Posted 22 December 2008 Author Posted 22 December 2008 Yeah your right, I wasn't suggesting that Serie A or La Liga didn't have there boring games. I guess I was looking for a little more excitement though having had some at the weekend in the games I watched. Greed....

Ultra Posted 25 December 2008 Posted 25 December 2008 Now that Beckham's in Italy for the next couple of months, how soon will Serie A return to UK TV?
Darkzzz_ Posted 25 December 2008 Author Posted 25 December 2008 Now that Beckham's in Italy for the next couple of months, how soon will Serie A return to UK TV? Yeah I am sure they will broker a deal very soon for Beckham mania.
Ultra Posted 25 December 2008 Posted 25 December 2008 Good. That will give the rest of us a chance to check out how Jose is doing at Inter (potential CL winners?), and also catch up on the revival of the mighty Napoli.

You will enjoy watching Napoli, they have been awesome. Serie A has been great this season... Inter have there best chance, I really think they could do Utd.
