Unabomber Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 It was actually said in jest, at something DavieG said last week! Oh yeah I remember. Will get there eventually.
Tilley Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 Our game in hand is a toughie though. Colchester away won't be easy.
Corky Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 Our game in hand is a toughie though.Colchester away won't be easy. 1-1 draw written all over it (going on past experience).
Tilley Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 1-1 draw written all over it (going on past experience). I think we will draw there to be honest, & I don't think it is an end of the world result.
Corky Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 I think we will draw there to be honest, & I don't think it is an end of the world result. Not at all. If we can win the two home matches and get at least two points on the road, another good month
Tilley Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 Not at all. If we can win the two home matches and get at least two points on the road, another good month Definantely. I think we will beat Milwall & Hartlepool at home, Beat Leyton Orient away, Draw with Colchester away, Which would be a fantastic month.
Corky Posted 6 September 2008 Posted 6 September 2008 Definantely.I think we will beat Milwall & Hartlepool at home, Beat Leyton Orient away, Draw with Colchester away, Which would be a fantastic month. Most definitely possible. 20 points from eight matches would be fantastic.
Lillehamring Posted 7 September 2008 Posted 7 September 2008 another way to look at it is, if we win next week and the top 2 lose, we will be top and still have a game in hand----
davieG Posted 7 September 2008 Posted 7 September 2008 It was actually said in jest, at something DavieG said last week! Are you looking for a ban?
The Blur Posted 7 September 2008 Posted 7 September 2008 Are you looking for a ban? Have all of the the power go to your head?
GloverFox Posted 8 September 2008 Posted 8 September 2008 Sack the board. ... Oh No ... just sack Pearson ... how dare he allow us to drop to third by not playing the game Seriously though, why should we have to 'make do without them' when we are entitled to ask for a later date and as was said 'it was the professional' route to take ... now if it was the other side of Christmas and we were a game in advance and third from bottom then I'd be starting to get uneasy <_<
Zingari Posted 13 September 2008 Posted 13 September 2008 remember the good old days when we were in 3rd place
