Joe. Posted 28 September 2008 Posted 28 September 2008 Thank **** for that. Looks like I'm game now. Still no idea how you're getting there yet? Anybody who knows me and LD3 have a couple of lift spaces available?

Anybody who knows me and LD3 have a couple of lift spaces available? After a chat with Andy, train is £15 even on the day. Just gonna take quite a while, and apparently some sort of bus is involved.

OK, sounds alright to me. Unless anybody offers a lift in the next few days, train it is. Not sure how I'm going to get my match ticket. I'll ring up this week or something.

Daggers Posted 28 September 2008 Posted 28 September 2008 After a chat with Andy, train is £15 even on the day. Just gonna take quite a while, and apparently some sort of bus is involved. Is it not worth going via Birmingham like Bert?
Tilley Posted 28 September 2008 Posted 28 September 2008 After a chat with Andy, train is £15 even on the day. Just gonna take quite a while, and apparently some sort of bus is involved. Bus???? Sheff to Hudd train, surely?

Tommeh Posted 28 September 2008 Posted 28 September 2008 Looking hopeful I'll have a new car for this, will only know Thursday ish so Ben, Joe if you want to hold out, then if not we'll all hit the train?
Tommeh Posted 28 September 2008 Posted 28 September 2008 DO IT! My £50 expense of getting to Cheltenham means train is now a last resort for me. Combined with the fact I need to be back for 8ish means I'ts a very slight possibility.
Joe. Posted 28 September 2008 Posted 28 September 2008 Tommeh if you have a car, I'd be very much interested in that bad boy. Just let me know if you're going to do that. Don't fancy the 4 hour return journey from Huddersfield on a shit train if I'm honest.
C-man Posted 29 September 2008 Posted 29 September 2008 I hate Colchester What has that got to do with Huddersfield Town?
Sods Posted 29 September 2008 Posted 29 September 2008 What has that got to do with Huddersfield Town? I have no funds for this due to them.

gazzer Posted 29 September 2008 Posted 29 September 2008 I'll have three spaces in the back of the Mitsubishi if anyone wants a lift. I'll be leaving the Blackbird Road area around mid-day, probably returning pretty soon after the game though as I don't drink-drive (much) and I like drinking so I'll be heading back to my fridge. PM me if you're interested. - Gary a.k.a. TPH's big brother for those of you always moaning you don't know who I am

Nath Posted 30 September 2008 Posted 30 September 2008 Well hudderfield have near anuf sold out , only 200 0 tickets left for them so shud be a good atomsphere They have something like 15,000 season ticket holders, yet there average attendance is under that. They've lowered the price of the season tickets drasticly, so they have been snapped up but not everyone use them everyweek. Dont be suprised to see a lot of empty seats around.

A decent move by the club methinks.
Asha Posted 30 September 2008 Posted 30 September 2008 £100 per season ticket to celebrate their centenary.A decent move by the club methinks. Yes it is, that's less than £5 a game. Ok they're doing shit atm but definately still value for money.
