Guest Posted 15 September 2008 Posted 15 September 2008 Is the moanin recored so i can listen at a later date? Don't think so. I emailed em to ask for it in a podcast form (god I must've been bored that day) and they didn't reply so I guess not

Guest Posted 15 September 2008 Posted 15 September 2008 I thought you could access it at the BBC Radio Leicester website ? It's on the listen again function. I've tried that before and it's never been there, good to know. Cheers Lovejoy

Fosse Boy Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 I think it should be pointed out that the Police probably had more pressing matters than being nice to City fans. I just wonder which emergency service she required for that particular incident. Are animal cosmetic surgeons available on 999 now?
Webbo Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 It said on the moan in last night that would have police reaction to Lisa's call on the breakfast show this morning but I listened to the sports news at 7am & 7.30 am and it never mentioned it once despite mentioning the phone in.
mmarkie Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 I really don't give a shit what you think Your gay

davieG Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Yes, I heard nothing. I am fearing the worst... You expected differently We're the little people, they patronise us, ignore us and we go away because they really don't care what we think!
Guest Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 You expected differently We're the little people, they patronise us, ignore us and we go away because they really don't care what we think! Hah! They've picked the wrong person to fob off then!

Would not surprise me if "nobody was able to comment" on it. Seems the standard backdown tactic from the Police when they get questioned on something they have no answer for. This is why you don't let them walk all over you.
davieG Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 Hah! They've picked the wrong person to fob off then! I did wonder when I wrote that Lisa a girl not to be messed with - are you listening, LCFC, Stewards, Leicestershire Constabulary, BBC Radio Leicester, The Leicester Mercury she's a coming for ya! Would not surprise me if "nobody was able to comment" on it.Seems the standard backdown tactic from the Police when they get questioned on something they have no answer for. Foxes_Trust Posted 16 September 2008 Posted 16 September 2008 The police response was on around Radio Leicester 5.45pm tonight, personally only caught the end of the interview. Another Trust board member heard the full piece & they played extracts of Lisa's call first & then the police rep responded. The bit I heard made references to trouble in town last season - one incident does not justify an ongoing excessive police bill
