Not brilliant, but in control i'd say.

I just hope Ronaldo comes on, then he sets up 2 goals for Rooney.

Although I have no end of debates with Uncle Albert about Ronaldo, I too will be glad to see him back doing what he does best.

( He still isn't better than Messi)

Zenit are playing some nice football, they should be in front now.

Juve really need to change gears and fast.

He's back. First touch - makes someone look silly with a trademark stepover.

Villareal were very unlucky not to score though, a fantastic move which ended up in them hitting the post.

He is playing excellent.

Zenit have played well though if I'm being honest.

But they have not been able to contain Del Piero.

Arshavin has been quiet, shame really, like him as well.

Least the missus is happy, she nearly punched the roof in celebration, bless her.

Like I say people have there own opinions, I have always loved Italian football.

But saying that, I don't actually think one of them will win the CL this season.

It is early days yet, good win for Juve tonight.

Zenit will cause Madrid a few problems I think.

Pretty surprised United didn't score, they certainly should have done. Great cross from Ronaldo should have been put away by Evans, and Tevez had one cleared off the line.

Not a good result at all for Fenerbahce at Porto, will watch the full game later but have just seen the 3rd goal, absolutely awful defending by Lugano.

And how many times will Gallas do that?! :angry:

I wasn't overly impressed with United at all tonight. They lacked the cutting edge needed towin the game, and generally lacked ideas going forward. Apart from Tevez's saved shot off the line the two forwards got very little service from midfield.

And how lucky were they not to fall behind when Vilarreal had that effort that came off the inside of the post?! :o

I'd hate to mention that Fenerbahce lost comfortably tonight... :whistle:
