Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 I dunno, maybe it's just me but I love English teams to fail in Europe, it amuses me, I haven't got anything against Everton. One of my favourite moments in football was in 2004 when Mourinho did that sliding celebration at Old Trafford when Porto knocked United out. I support all the English teams in Europe, abit like supporting England I think. But when Porto beat Yanited that was pretty funny just to see Mourinho dance and slide down the touchline. That moment made him an instant legend with me. English Football is a sad place without him. I would prefer Spurs to win the Uefa Cup out of the English teams though and L'pool in the Champs League.

Tilley Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 What whack goalkeeping. Should have got a stronger hand to it!

Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Poor keeping. Decent strike though by the lad.

lildave3 Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Who are Spurs playing? Wisla Krakow, it's now 1-1. Thanks dear. Saves me typing.
Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Spurs 1-1 Wisla KrakowJust equalised a minute later! Is it at White Hart Lane?
Joe. Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Is it at White Hart Lane? Yeah. Bentley got Spurs' goal.
Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Yeah. Bentley got Spurs' goal. Tut tut. Spurs are poor defensively away from home. They need at least 2 goals tonight.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Spurs are poor all round. A team I love to see lose. "This'll be the year we break into the top 4..." Yeah, on your own. Bellsniffs, the lot of them.
Joe. Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Great first half there. Mock the Week can wait until iplayer later....

MC Prussian Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 What incredibly stupid scorelines for all Swiss teams involved... Young Boys draw to Bruges at home... 2-2... and they equalized only shortly before the end.. Bellinzona doing well against Galatasaray... 3-3 up until the 95th minute and then Lincoln scores through a deflection... so Gala wins it 4-3... Zurich having a goal disallowed and Jankulowski scores Milan's first in the 46th minute... How not so nice...

Yeah but Spurs alwyas believe it with their continental managers and rediculous big money signings. What Villa, Man City, and Portsmouth have are realistic targets.
