Lillehamring Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Cracking result if they manage to hold on to their clean sheet. certainly, and they looked really good, sneak an early goal and it's game over, i'd guess...
CSKA SOFIA Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Litex didn't have a chance,I don't think that they played poor, but some stupid mistakes...But Litex is a small club from a small town(as you see a stadium is only for 8000 people and their fans don't make any atmosphere which is very important in European matches)...Whatever,I think that they deserve some kind of result like 1-1.What do you think about the match ?

I'd say that Litex were the better side before the 2 red cards.
CSKA SOFIA Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 I'd say that Litex were the better side before the 2 red cards. I think the same!
Alexikokopops Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Castillo is fantastic. Has been since the days I first discovered random internationals on PES and got Ecuador.
lildave3 Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 AND IF Y'KNOW, Y'HISTORY, IT'S ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU'RE HEART GO WOOOOOAAAHHHH.
Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Yeah but Spurs alwyas believe it with their continental managers and rediculous big money signings. What Villa, Man City, and Portsmouth have are realistic targets. Now thats made me laugh. Man City with realistic targets.
lildave3 Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Sampdoria demolishing Kaunas. Cassano has two.
MC Prussian Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Ac Milan now 3-0 up vs Zurich It had to be expected... I feel sorry for Bellinzona, they were clearly robbed. Played so well with ten players towards the end...
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Now thats made me laugh.Man City with realistic targets. With the type of investment they've now got I wouldn't rule out a Champions League push next season.
Fox You Forest Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 With the type of investment they've now got I wouldn't rule out a Champions League push next season. Top 4 this season they said.
Uncle Albert Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Top 4 this season they said. Along with the major signings coming in. Jokers.
Fox You Forest Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 I don't see a problem with Tottenham saying they want to break the top four, what are they supposed to say? Oh were just going for the same old Uefa Cup places and a good cup run.
morris1234 Posted 18 September 2008 Posted 18 September 2008 Along with the major signings coming in.Jokers. ive watched them a couple of times already this season and the tottenham team is full of pre madonna's. each time ive watched them (even o the tv) you can see them messing about with their hair or wiping the mud of their boots. panzies! thats why players like jenas and bale are the ones playing well because they just get stuck in and play football. without sounding gay or anything whats bentley doing with his hair, he looks like an advert for vaseline! hes not scoring with his head this season!
Lillehamring Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 I don't see a problem with Tottenham saying they want to break the top four, what are they supposed to say? Oh were just going for the same old Uefa Cup places and a good cup run. if they're lucky - i would be dancing round the room if they went down this year!
Darkzzz_ Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 Some good goals last night. Napoli game was good. Samp and Cassano were in fine form. Spurs were just Spurs. Didn't see enough of the other English teams to comment. Everton 2-2, that Standard Liege are a good team, they should be in the Champions League at Liverpool's expense.
Joe. Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 Everton 2-2, that Standard Liege are a good team, they should be in the Champions League at Liverpool's expense. Why?
C-man Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 Why? Standard did play some good stuff yesterday, especially in the 1st half. Stephane Dalmat's brother looks some player!
purpleronnie Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 Why? Probably because they outplayed Liverpool in both games.
Joe. Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 Probably because they outplayed Liverpool in both games. Yeah but if you can't convert your chances then it's worthless isn't it? Liverpool have proved they are a very strong European team over the last few seasons.
purpleronnie Posted 19 September 2008 Posted 19 September 2008 Yeah but if you can't convert your chances then it's worthless isn't it? Liverpool have proved they are a very strong European team over the last few seasons. True, but they still outplayed them and on that basis deserved to go through. But they didnt and thats that.
Darkzzz_ Posted 2 October 2008 Posted 2 October 2008 Standard deserved to go through, fair play to them, they should be in the CL at Liverpool's expense. Just watching Pompey now at this time. I can see it going to Penalty's. Both teams are looking very tired. EDIT: CROUCH just scored, away goal for pompey.
