Head Honcho Posted 9 November 2008 Posted 9 November 2008 How Cowell can lord it all the time about being superior and then send home the the more talented of the 2 because he fancies the other 1 is a joke.And then fooking Louis shouldnt even be on the show next year, hes beyond a joke now. Im pissed off now. To be fair though Ruth was by far the best in the sing off and I think the we shouldn't be here attitude of Laura and Cheryl was their downfall. I know they were in shock and upset but as Louis said he kept the one with more fight in them. They need to stop all this Michael Jackson, Mariah carey shite though let them sing what they want.

The reason Laura didn't get votes was because she always makes out she has low confidence and is nervous etc and she may be, but in the papers this week she was pictured kissing a 38 year old in a car, and wearing a see through skimpy top, hardly low confidence. He's also an x factor executive, so although she hasn't, people may think it's a fix. She also keeps saying i just want my break etc, but she has already had a 5 year record deal and made a 6 track album, but then the contract was cancelled. She has been coached by top vocal coaches, worked with top producers etc. Yet they make out she is just a singer who has walked in off the street. And baring in mind the people who vote on the x factor won't be daily telegraph readers, she wouldn't have got many votes from all the sun readers out there, where a high percentage of the votes come from.

Its a talent contest. The whole point is for the most talented person to win it. And when it comes down to it all that is irrelevant crap, if people arent voting on talent then its a farce.

But people generally vote for the ones that are most likeable and have talent. Also Lauras first performance on the night was poor, she was concentrating too much on the piano. It's all about the media at the end of the day influencing the voting i suppose. And also what the judges say probably has an impact too. If they constantly say to Daniel he's awful this has got to stop etc, people will vote for him just for a laugh to keep him in.

She's the same thing we see year after year nothing original at all. I agree that Diana wasn't upto much tonight. I agree with Matt aswell no-one really stood out. If i had to pick one i would probably say Rachel was best. (still can't stand her). <_<
