Well if you eat all that pretty quick.

The stomach holds a little under 2 quarts (1.9 liters) of semidigested food. That food remains in the stomach for three to five hours. The stomach slowly releases food to the rest of the digestive tract. Fifteen hours or more after the first bite started down the alimentary canal (digestive tract, which begins at the mouth), the final residue of the food is passed along to the rectum and is excreted through the anus as feces.

Look at the size of the flaming lettuce in it!!!! that must have been one uber lettuce plant.

I'd love to tuck into a burger like that i really would.

The americans wouldnt eat that...unless they could upsize it get extra fries and get a 44 gallon drum of coke to go with it.

On the contrary, I’m English and I’d eat that.

Besides, I see more obese people in around the cities and towns of England than I did in the states a few weeks ago.

It's true. I didn't once go 'fcuk me, look at the girth on that!' while i was there. But in the space of a couple of minutes walking down the street here, you'll see at least 10 bertha's. Even my office there are more obese people than normal weighing folk.
