PoshDrummerAdam Posted 3 December 2008 Author Posted 3 December 2008 I think/hope he's being sarcastic Im just saying that we can beat teams that begin with "LE" .. They started their thread for this match on Nov 7.http://www.theposhforum.co.uk/forum/viewto...p;sk=t&sd=a But is only 8pages long so it's alright
PoshDrummerAdam Posted 3 December 2008 Author Posted 3 December 2008 Does he beat up his wife? Enough of that please, not true.

Scow Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 Looking forward to a good open game. The Posh are not likely to sit back from what I hear.
mmarkie Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 Aaron McLean is probably one of the best strikers in the league at this moment. The only problem with him about scoring is he has one hell of a jump for his height and lays it off to the real danger man - Craig Mackail-Smith.I think McLeans worth near towards the 5M price tag and wer'll be very lucky to keep him imo. Watch out though the "MAC ATTACK IS ON FORM!" have you heard of matty fryatt?
nickisposh Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 PDA, just wondering exactly how good Aaron McLean is...you'll obviously have a better idea than any of us...is he really worth, or potentially worth, the £5m price tag Barry Fry lumped on him in the summer? Fry has nothing to do with putting price tags on any of our players. Is McLean worth £5million? no, and he hasn't been the same since his injury.
Vardinhio Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 So, I guess you're really fearing us with us being Leicester City and all? Will be a good day out for you lot though. It doesn't matter about the result for teams like you when you visit. All about seeing a really nice, well built stadium. Apparently we'll be selling LCFC v Peteborough scarves too, just to mark the ocasion for your fans.
nickisposh Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 Meh, it's another league match. Shame we haven't got a bigger allocation though, considering how big your ground is. Last season v MK Dons we had similar problems, so had hundreds of Posh in the home areas. - Not that I went, I was boycotting.

Watch out though the "MAC ATTACK IS ON FORM!" um, how is that a 'problem'? when was the last time these two met? you boys are so isolated, does this constitute a derby, there must be a few city fans out that way?

Last season v MK Dons we had similar problems, so had hundreds of Posh in the home areas. - Not that I went, I was boycotting. I've said it so many times this season but here goes......Massive Club. This games all about getting rid of fcking Chelsea Dagger, the jokers we're playing serve no relevance.
Fez of Mahrez Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 I've said it so many times this season but here goes......Massive Club. This games all about getting rid of fcking Chelsea Dagger, the jokers we're playing serve no relevance. :D Must have beat you by about 10 seconds there.
Corky Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 We are MASSIVE. It's been said before and HAS to be said again.
Tommeh Posted 3 December 2008 Posted 3 December 2008 :D Must have beat you by about 10 seconds there. I'll take that to claim top spot on page 3.
Ric Flair Posted 4 December 2008 Posted 4 December 2008 George Boyd is king. Agreed. Nearly as good as Lloyd.

At least your old ground had atmosphere and was a proper old fashioned football ground. No need to belt out 'Chelsea Dagger' for the prawn sandwich brigade when you scored at Filbert Street was there? As for all this Massive Club Shite No doubt you're a far bigger club than us - if that's what floats your boat. I'd almost forgotten Leicester's 'Big Club Arrogance' that used to make beating you so sweet in the past - It's probably that reason why so many people are looking forward to visiting our 'illustrious' neighbours this time around. Are you trying to wrestle the title off Forest for the most arrogant fans in the East Midlands........ If we're so poor and insignificant then why did you nick 'The Post Horn Gallop' off us years ago? Admit it you're in awe of the mighty Posh. Take care my Foxy friends here's to a bit respect on matchday.
