How did this topic turn from some friendly chat from a fairly nice Posh poster, in to this? Its way to early to start a pre-match thread anyway, bloody mental.

Reading all the 4pages that i hadn't read - You are a "Massive club", just look at the background of your club and also your stadium. Posh are a "growing" club, because we've got the most money in the league including yourselfs and Leeds. Still doesn't make us a bigger club than you imo, maybe im wrong ..

The day itself will be a quality away day out, arriving in Leicester at about 9am, and heading straight for a lovely brunch up in Weatherspoons. There's no rivalry between these two clubs because god knows the last time we played eachother. (Then again ive only been a fan 10years!).

Cause there's going to be, well, unfriendly banter on the forums and everyone knows for a fact that theres going to be a tad bit of trouble after the game and maybe before. We're taking 3,000 lunatics excluding the Oap's which will go, so it's bound to be a cracking atmosphere!

I'll stick around for some friendly banter, aslong as you Foxes behave yourself

i thought peterborough fans were a fairly peaceful bunch. but then again i've never seen leicester play them in my lifetime, so what do i know!

Every club has it's share of idiots and taking into account our small crowds then we've probably got a higher percentage than most.

The incident I mentioned after the game is true but in no way was I accusing you ALL of being hooligans. It was just a knee jerk reaction as I didn't like the fact that someone on here seemed to think it funny and clever to demolish one of our stands - would you if it were yours?

Anyone who was there that day will probably remember how the the away end was massively overcrowded and that the finest from Cambridgeshire constabulary completely lost the plot. Emotions were obviously running high but it doesn't condone any of the trouble afterwards.

Anyway love and kisses to all foxes especially the 'Special one'.

And looking at the background of our club - we were one of the 9 clubs up until last year never to have been out of the top two tiers of English football. We have a 32,500 SEATER stadium. Look at yours, you can't afford seats nevermind boasting about how your the richest club in the division.

This match will be quality. Will be even better when we go up to yours and give you a battering on the pitch

They used to be Wimbledon's local club though, don't forget that.

At first I hated them, but after a while, I grew to the idea of a local club . Still an LCFC season ticket holder though . But, yes, morally rightly or wrongly, I do have a soft spot for Milton Keynes ( I refuse to call them "Dons" as it's too American, and makes me cringe )

Peterborough FC will never grow signiicantly. Much as I loved the place when I lived and worked there, it's on the edge of a wilderness. There aren't sufficient people to run a club of any great size.
