I've been quite productive at work recently but I just feel unsettled and anything other than full time work or stuff I like doing seems to be massively putting me out. I'm also in to a cycle of working too much, taking too much other stuff on, getting in late, then winding down with alcohol and going to bed late and never catching up on my sleep. Overall I'm just a grumpy bastard who has the exact same problems as someone else.
