Well it's not the song I would have put forward for him... but NSLL wanted to go out with a comic song and he thought it might do well... Yes, yes I get the picture. You told me so blah blah blah. Was never gonna win anyway with Libertine and his songs in competition...and that's how I see it tbh, as an internet competition ...not a win at all costs strategic adventure.

But I wanted to try and cause the upset... Libertine was overwhelming favourite... I wanted to try to beat him. Never mind... there is always next year... P.S. Libertine should have gone out several weeks ago but nobody was around to see he had less votes at the closing time and I'm certain people voted for him after which saved him... lucky b*stard! Well done Libertine though... didn't let that hold you back and now you've won the whole thing!

As I said at the time, I was around that evening and I'm 99% sure Libertine was ahead when the voting should have ended.

At least MTWG Factor went down in a blaze of glory, and not out with a whimper like this contest. The fact that, in the thread for the final of the FXT Factor, people are bringing it up, is testament to it's quality. Long live non-fixed competitions.

It's been a long road to get to this point but congrats! The other two acts will now go head to head (as if it's going to make much difference) until tomorrow or now today at 10pm and then the winner of FXT Factor 2008 will be announced! Could someone with admin powers remove FHR's two songs from the list or mark them out in some way?
