All you gotta do is gain some weight in addition to growing a proper beard and learn the perfect intonation for "Ho! Ho! Ho!"... By all means... me thinks our TPH is exaggerating slightly... photographic evidence is, indeed, required.

I think first day at work i will introduce people to the beard then ask my boss for his job and remmunaration or he can give me a pay rise cos the economic crisis doesn't effect people with beards
