Darkzzz_ Posted 19 March 2009 Posted 19 March 2009 Getting really fed up with the gingers sprouting through on my face. Anyone else have to put up with this? If I shave it off, I look about as young as LD3 so that isn't a option really. I may have to go for the just for men ginger hair cover up.
Koke Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 I've been try to grow my beard for some time and hopefully by the end of August I should have a proper beard like this jigga.
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 You aint cool unless you get SAS stubble sporadically over your face.
Jordan Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 Summertime in NY is definitely not the time to be growing a beard. I think the next time will be some sort of playoff beard. It looked like Clint Dempsey was doing one for the FIFA Confederations Cup; I'll probably wait until October to start the next one and not shave as long as the Yankees are alive in the Major League Baseball playoffs. My soul patch wins. Soul patches never win.
Koke Posted 11 July 2009 Posted 11 July 2009 Ricky Rossssssss. I desperate wanna rock a Rick Ross beard. I just need to put on about 40kg more and somehow become dark as a motherfucker to look anything like him. I'm work in progress.

SOCCERROO FOX Posted 5 January 2012 Author Posted 5 January 2012 Beards are coming back....mainly due to shear lazyness over the xmas new year period. But i'm commited, just keep telling my bosses i'm too sunburnt to shave atm as these first 2 weeks it looks crap. The test will be on Monday whilst i've got to attend court for work with what looks like a dead animal glued to my face.
Rincewind Posted 6 January 2012 Posted 6 January 2012 I have tried to grow a beard but it just looks a mess. I have been called Ricky Tomlinson on more than one occasion.
MikeyT Posted 6 January 2012 Posted 6 January 2012 I currently have the makings of one, but am about to shave it off, due to an appointment at 2pm. Want to look presentable, plus...it's itchy!!!
Darkon84 Posted 6 January 2012 Posted 6 January 2012 I'm constantly rocking stubble/ small beard, it just feels right Plus I'm a bit lazy and if I clean shave, I look about 12
LcFc_Smiv Posted 6 January 2012 Posted 6 January 2012 I'm constantly rocking stubble/ small beard, it just feels right Plus I'm a bit lazy and if I clean shave, I look about 12 If I clean shave I look as if I should be in high school let alone uni! I always have to shave a few days before I go on a night out or else I look to scruffy with my poor attempt of the makings of a beard, or to young with my baby face
The Doctor Posted 6 January 2012 Posted 6 January 2012 Currently growing a beard - mainly due to leaving my shaving stuff in a cupboard up north - 3 weeks on the grow and decent enough length. I am very disappointed that I can't manage a moustache. Long hair, Beard and Handlebar moustache would be a brilliant look me thinks.
The Doctor Posted 6 January 2012 Posted 6 January 2012 Make sure you include the hat and warts. In fact, bollocks to the handlebar moustache - I want to replicate this:

SOCCERROO FOX Posted 17 January 2012 Author Posted 17 January 2012 Gave some bird pash rash from the beard. Sign 1. The beard is coming along nicely.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 9 August 2012 Author Posted 9 August 2012 8 months on the beard is going strong, got it real long a few times but keep trimming it back to a number 4. Can't see myself going back to cleanly shaven anytime soon........cleanly shaven is for chicks and pussies.
