Florence and the machine and mumford and son in 2 weeks time pumped

Both were brilliant and had a massive following.

Mumford was different than what I thought they would be plenty more bass which was amazing and the packed crowd in a closed of street were climbing trees and roofs too get a view of them. It was a 36 degree day but no one gave a shit and they weren't dissapointed.

Florence well, words can describe how good she was. Captivated the packed audience never missed a beat even tho she was dancing around the whole time. First female artist I have been to see that I've been seriously dumb struck about how talented and great it was.

Other best artist of the day were Hockey and Midnight Jugernauts who were late replacments for Echo and the bunnymen.

I've shared a stage with Amos, I was working the gig on followspot and the transformer for the light completely blew. He noticed, called me down, I was fooking hilarious, I got a beer. He added me on Facebook and we talk every now and then. I use this to show off my celeb contacts of course.

Booked tickets a couple of months ago to see AFI. Just got checked the dates and found out becuase of poor sales they have relgated AFI to support act for Faith no more.on the same date. They have also doubled the ticket price in the process. But already brought tickets and the tickets remain valid. Nice little bonus so effectivly seeing Faith No More for free on the 24th Feb

as for FNM and AFI I echo those sentiments I've got AFI tickets for Rock City I hope they do the same

just sorted tickets for Loney Dear with the Jönköping Symfonia, in Jönköping - should be absolutely breathtaking, and opted to turn it into a weekend break there too, but back in time for a valentine meal - can't wait.

Faithless were immense last night. Played a lot of new stuff (which was apparently one of the conditions of them agreeing to play our uni). Sadly the set was shorter than I expected and there were far too many ****** near the front who looked at you like a piece of dirt for jumping up and down. Still, absolute winner of a gig.

Yeah, Friday it is then. Which is LEGENDARY seeing as I can do 2UNED at Rock City on the Thursday then this on the Friday. Fuck yes!!! :wub:
