We still don't know what lies in the shadow of the statue, who 'the good guys are', and nothing about Jacob really.

So the answer to your question is Jacob. I got equally confused though with all the new people and characters randomly popping around. The Locke twist is brilliant.

He must be a shapeshifter then I can't insert spoilers for some reason, it says error on page when i click it and has done for months.

Maybe when he said help me Locke feels the only way to help him is to kill him. He's got to find the cabin first, Hurley will know but I cant remember if he's with Locke at the moment. Then there is the bomb that Jack has. How do they get it out of the tomb thingy? I bet we get no answers. But I still love it Had a look at that and it appears the figure saying 'help me' is the man dressed in black, the one who wants to kill Jacob, who needs help because he has lost his body somehow but he can still take the form of people who have died (Christian, Locke, Alex, etc) Question is why couldn't the man in black just kill Jacob himself back in the day of the full statue

Clicked there loads and everytime i do where it normally says 'done' in the bottom left of the internet bar it comes up error on page and just doesn't work. Babylon Posted 16 May 2009 Posted 16 May 2009 When the new people arrived on the main Island they said about Lapidis "is he a candidate". Makes me think someone out of the group (jack etc) is going to save Jacob or become the new leader after his death. I can't wait 9 bloody months
