87fox Posted 31 January 2009 Posted 31 January 2009 My theory is that one of the longest standing mysterys of the show was answered in episode 3 - jughead is the reason for all the concrete under the swan hatch in series 1!! and ellie could be ms hawking!!! (ie daniel's mum)

From the way Faraday looked at the young woman with the rifle, it seems like he was looking at his mom as a young woman. When she asked why he was looking at her like that, he changed the subject. We also knowthat a young Charles Widmore is on the island. In the episode, we further find out that Widmore has been paying for Elie's medical expenses and for Faraday's research. So if Faraday is Ellie and Charles Widmores's son then that would make Daniel Farady Penny's 1/2 brother and make Desmond more of a constant???? Desmond's baby was also called Charlie? Could it be the Charlie somehow?

Daniel Faradays mum probably. EDIT This isn't a spolier i don't actually know its Daniels mum, just my guess, i bet it is EDIT I was right this is a spoiler now

I dint think there was a cliffhanger in that one I rekon she has another orchid station opposite to the one on island which takes you to the island. And using all her crazy equations knows the exact time when it will work. I could be wrong though
maddog Posted 19 February 2009 Posted 19 February 2009 Well she used her crazy equations to know the exact time it was possible for them to get back to the island. Then she Told them to go on this flight as its flying right over the island and you may get back there, and the only people who want to go back are Jack Kate and Sun and they take Jacks coffin with him, then by an unbelieveable lost type coincidence, Hurley is flying on the same flight, not knowing they are going back to the island, and Sayid is on there too, or so it would seem, and there was one of those white flashes and Hurley Jack and Kate are definately back on the island, and probably Ben, Sayid Sun and Locke in his coffin too, but haven't seen them yet, then Jin points a gun at them dressed in a Dharma inititive uniform. Thats the next episode in a nutshell There are other little bits to the episode too and a few more unanswered questions. All in all this show is getting pretty random now. For 4 seasons they are desperate to get back off the island, now they want to go back again Dont read blacked out bit if you dont wanna know what happened

I am just wondering if Locke is dead, assuming he killed himself to take Jack's Dad's place on the plane, and that Jacob was a spirit that we only ever saw as a shadow that he may infact be Locke as the 'Others' saw Locke as some sort of spiritual leader

grth2004 Posted 23 February 2009 Author Posted 23 February 2009 loved episode 6 - dont you think it was weird the way jack woke up back on the island , it was exactly the same way he did in season1 episode1 when the plane crashed. apparently its what happened tp locke episode next week when he went back home and how he died. about charlie meeting the producers of lost doesnt surprise me as in the episode he died it hinted very heavely that he had been on the underwarter base before because he had written the tune he needed , if that makes any sense.

Won't reveal anything more on this one At the start, when it became clear it was going to be a an episode based on Locke, i thought it'd be pretty boring. How wrong could i be, best episode of the series without a doubt. What a twist with Ben, when he actually grabbed Locke to kill him, i shat myself. Weren't expecting it at all!
