Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 30 January 2009 Posted 30 January 2009 I got my half-pipe! It's spelt "hash".
Libertine Posted 30 January 2009 Posted 30 January 2009 It's spelt "hash". Half Pipe was used when they performed on TOTP and others shows that wouldn't allow them to say Hash. Just like We Are All In Love. Don't question me on the Weeze ho!

Jordan Posted 31 January 2009 Posted 31 January 2009 The amazing thing about Pinkerton is that "Across the Sea" is so bad, it could have ruined the entire album. But I just didn't put it on my iPod, and miraculously, it's like the song doesn't even exist anymore! A similar instance occurs on the "blue album" with "In the Garage."

hebangsthedrums Posted 31 January 2009 Posted 31 January 2009 I prefer Blue. The amazing thing about Pinkerton is that "Across the Sea" is so bad, it could have ruined the entire album. How can you not like 'In the Garage'?
General Smuts Posted 1 February 2009 Posted 1 February 2009 Id like to express my love in words for Pinkerton, but its impossible, so i'll attempt to express it via the medium of dance ...
Libertine Posted 1 February 2009 Posted 1 February 2009 Id like to express my love in words for Pinkerton, but its impossible, so i'll attempt to express it via the medium of dance ... I love you more than Pinkerton.
General Smuts Posted 1 February 2009 Posted 1 February 2009 I love you more than Pinkerton. I love you like Jamie Theakston loves being spanked.
Chromophobia Posted 6 February 2009 Posted 6 February 2009 It's a good album. I must admit I usually just listen to 'Say it aint so' which is their best song by a country mile, and has one of the best guitar solos ever.

The People's Hero Posted 9 February 2009 Posted 9 February 2009 My copy of Pinkerton is scratched to fu ck. I'm going to HMV later to replace it.
Libertine Posted 9 February 2009 Posted 9 February 2009 My copy of Pinkerton is scratched to fu ck.I'm going to HMV later to replace it. Wheeeeeyy. Get me one. I don't even have it on CD, which is shocking. If you find any.
Fosse Boy Posted 9 February 2009 Author Posted 9 February 2009 Wheeeeeyy.Get me one. I don't even have it on CD, which is shocking. If you find any. Cometo think of it, neither do I actually.
Libertine Posted 9 February 2009 Posted 9 February 2009 Cometo think of it, neither do I actually. I only have Blue and Red.
The People's Hero Posted 9 February 2009 Posted 9 February 2009 Is Red actually any good? Everyone has slated it. I wasn't a massive fan of Make Believe (overall).
Libertine Posted 9 February 2009 Posted 9 February 2009 Is Red actually any good?Everyone has slated it. I wasn't a massive fan of Make Believe (overall). It shits all over Make Believe. It's great. Their best since Pinkerton/Green easily. Bit more 'experimental' I guess. Got some classic Weezer on there too though.
